Financial Transparency

At Texas Air Missions, we are committed to honoring God and serving our supporters through integrity, accountability, and responsible stewardship. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we recognize that every donation represents trust that we will use these resources wisely to further our mission of sharing the Gospel, meeting physical needs, and training missionary aviators. We are dedicated to maintaining full transparency in how funds are received, managed, and distributed.

HOW WE USE FUNDS

– Aviation operations including fuel, maintenance, and aircraft expenses

– Medical aid, disaster response, and humanitarian outreach

– Food, supplies, and construction projects in underserved communities

– Training and equipping missionary aviators through our Missionary Airframe and Powerplant School (MAPS)

– Administrative and operational support necessary to sustain the mission

PUBLIC FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Texas Air Missions and Missionary Airframe and Powerplant School are names registered with the Texas Secretary of State as assumed names for Texas Air Safety, a Texas nonprofit organization with 501C(3) federal tax-exempt status. 

In accordance with nonprofit best practices and legal requirements, we make the following information available:

  • Form 990 / 990-EZ / 990-N (Pending IRS processing of our EIN)
  • EIN Assignment Letter (EIN 39-4451566)
  • IRS Determination Letter confirming 501(c)(3) status

  • 2025 Q4 Financial Statement

3. Program vs. Overhead Transparency

We are committed to directing the majority of funds toward mission impact.

  • Program Spending Ratio: 97.5%
  • Administrative & Fundraising Costs: 2.5%

4. Leadership & Governance

Compensation Disclosure: Texas Air Missions and all affiliated programs operate entirely by volunteers who receive no compensation.
